Approximately a month after the final session I ask clients for feedback on the progress of their problem and the process. My clients range from CEO’s, Business Owners, Engineers, Medical Doctors, mothers to teenagers. Below is some of the recent feedback that demonstrates the diversity of clients.
Innovative solution to a knotty problemMaleCEO Agricultural Company - Ireland
The process makes you consider a problem from very different perspectives. In our normal work we are forced and preconditioned to using the logical side of our brain to address problems this process employs the using emotional side. It gave me innovative solutions to a knotty problem. Keeping the problem to yourself drives you towards finding your own solution rather than expecting a prescription from the listener/facilitator.
The emotion has reduced from 10 to 2FemaleRetired Business Owner - France
I have never heard or experienced something like this before. When I started this process I thought I knew what I needed to focus on when in reality it was something related, but quite different, that came out. This methodology helped me to find out what I was really struggling with and deal with it. The emotion around the problem has reduced from a 10 to a 2 and I am working on getting it to 0.
My problem is goneFemaleMother of 3 - Czech
I was not prepared to share the problem with anyone, so to be guided through it without disclosing it was a real bonus. The process took me through the landscape of my problem while allowing me to distance myself from it. During the process I started to feel how my emotions to the problem were changing. By the end of the process my problem was gone!
I felt my problem was unsolvableFemaleExecutive Coach - Ireland
I did not want to discuss my problem with anyone. I felt my problem was unsolvable. This approach was creative, fun, turned my issue on it’s head. As we worked through the four session I found myself feeling lighter and easier around the whole thing. It isn’t fully ‘solved’ but it now occupies a much smaller part of my life and I can see the possibility of it disappearing completely.
IntriguingFemaleSVP Organisation Effectiveness - USA
The Problem uses a unique approach along with Lorraine’s skillful use of questioning and playful challenging unleashed new resources within. The experience was intriguing, difficult, challenging and engaging. At the end of the process my problem diminished and I have new tools, thinking and behavior to manage my problem and other challenges in life
I now seek opportunities to test my problemMaleOperations Manager - Ireland
I have lived with the problem for many years and have not shared it with anyone. The fact that the problem is never divulged gave me a sense of safety to work on the problem. Each session the problem became less daunting. While my problem still exists the fear has reduced. I now seek out opportunities to “test” my problem, where in the past I would consciously avoid situations where my problem would be tested.
